Important:
To protect the battery during shipping, a white plastic disc is placed between the batteries as insulation. Before using the whitening light, be sure to remove this disc and open the light’s lid.

How to Use:

1. Mold the Tray:
   Heat the mouth tray in hot water (~80°C) for about 10 seconds until soft. Press it gently onto your teeth with your fingers to form a custom fit.

2. Shade Check:
   Use the included tooth shade guide to compare your teeth color before whitening.

3. Apply Gel:
   Apply a thin, even layer of whitening gel to both sides of the tray (about 0.25–0.4 ml per tray).

4. Insert Tray:
   Place the tray firmly onto your teeth and secure it in place.

5. Whitening Time:
   Wear the tray for 7–10 minutes. Afterward, remove and rinse your mouth and tray thoroughly with water.

6. Freshen Breath:
   Use the included oral spray to refresh your breath after treatment.

7. Repeat:
   Use the kit once a day for 3 days. Check your progress with the tooth shade guide. Expect to see a noticeable improvement in whiteness by 7–10 shades.
